Since 1911, the Food Storage and Distribution Federation has been promoting excellence in food logistics, supporting its members with information on all operational and legal issues across the spectrum of temperature controlled distribution.
Hunt's Foodservice is committed to minimising the environmental impact of the company's activities. From management level, the company has developed an ethos of environmental responsibility by monitoring and reducing the environmental impact of the business.
Respect for the environment is a consideration at every stage of the business process. Hunt’s actively pursue reductions in packaging volumes, product wastage and comply with guidelines on packaging recycling. All possible paper, cardboard and plastic wrap is recycled. Our Sherborne Ammonia refrigerant has an ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) rating of 0.
Hunt’s also recognise the impact of its operations and actively minimise with new fleet technology. Telematic technology enables the business to improve fuel efficiency and reduce carbon emissions along with Adblue added to the fleet of HGV's to reduce harmful gases being emitted.

Hunt’s Foodservice Ltd is an equal opportunities employer regardless of gender and believes that everyone should be awarded fairly for their work.
